Adventurer and Explorer
Tom is an adventurer and explorer who has traversed life’s path by tackling his fears and never hesitating in his quest to become his very best self. Tom’s primary motivation has been to live each day to its fullest. The author and international speaker is constantly challenging himself and his body, while acquiring valuable life lessons of inner strength, passion, and motivation.
Whether training to become a helicopter pilot, climbing the world’s Seven Summits or diving with sharks, Tom has learned to harness fear to achieve his dreams. He now uses his unique insight to inspire and motivate others through his books and blogs, personal coaching, and a health food and supplement business.
Up from Rock Bottom
While Tom has achieved abundant successes, they were only reached after a rough and tumultuous journey in his early years of life. In his twenties, Tom lacked direction as he was caught up in drug and alcohol use—eventually joining the military where he spent a fair amount of time in the brig. Lacking motivation, Tom then left the military and drifted aimlessly through bankruptcy, jail, and eventually ended up homeless and sleeping in a car. It was from that rock-bottom place that he was able to see clearly that it was time to start over.
With this new clarity and vision, Tom opened his eyes to opportunity and seized inspiration as it came to him. At the age of 28, while working for minimum-wage at an airport, Tom decided to take his first step towards developing his best-self by ignoring the common notion that he was “too old” for aviation training. In a little over two years, Tom became a captain for a major airline, later moving on to fly private jets for the Cleveland Browns football team and additional celebrity clients.
Achieving Dreams
Achieving this dream was the catalyst that Tom needed. Tom landed the title of Mr. Natural Universes, then moved on with diligence and strength of purpose to graduate from culinary school, to become a certified personal trainer and to become a columnist for a fitness magazine—all while continuing to pursue his love of natural bodybuilding. His formula was simple—if he wanted to do something, he decided to do it, and then did it.
Today, Tom has published a book, Ageless You: The Boomers Guide To Beginning Again, and is currently working on a companion cookbook. Also, he is speaking nationwide about health, wellness and achieving dreams, while sharing his knowledge through coaching. Likewise, Tom continues his adventure to climb the Seven Summits.

Tom has not given up taking risk with his life; instead, he has refocused the idea of these challenges to be positive—complete with a commitment to being his very best and a source of inspiration to others.
Through his integrative programs, including “Ageless You” and “The Climb”, Tom invites like-minded adventurers to join him on his quest to seek their best self by organically and genuinely enjoying life, climbing their own personal mountains and achieving goals.
